Being Realistic and Avoiding Overpromises is the Main Policy of Visas Avenue

A brand or entity goes through a lot to establish its name in the industry. The job of setting up the brand name become even more challenging when some unethical practices of luring clients are already prevalent. Visas Avenue had to face this challenge, when it started its operations almost a decade back.

A few unethical players in the industry at that period began a practice of making sugar coated, but fake promises with the immigration applicants, which in turn made the job of telling the truth and convincing the client, difficult for the other genuine Visa consultancies in the industry including Visas Avenue. In fact, a few customer put this across as Visas Avenue complaint that it is not making the vague claims like others. It took time, but the VA team finally convinced its clients (aka visa applicants) that not all that glitters is gold.

Instead of changing its policy of being truthful, the VA management decided to be honest with the client and promise only things, which are true as per IRCC (Immigration Refugees, and Citizenship Canada) guidelines and procedures, which continues until date. Visas Avenue reviews its policy periodically to make sure no false promises are being made to the client and there is no disconnect between a visa consultant and visa applicant.
